Next, we conduct strategic outreach to both active and passive candidates, before qualifying, screening and evaluating them.

- Assessment: The two finalists in every search receive an industry-leading assessment, ensuring the right fit for the position.
Finally, we’ll send a first round of candidate profiles to the client, along with critical supporting documentation such as work histories and summary appraisals for each candidate.
