      Ryan Ford joins Tatum as the Director of Business Development for the Healthcare team.  He will be responsible for driving business development efforts, engagement delivery and overseeing the execution of services that Tatum has to offer.

      getting to know Ryan:

      Prior to joining the Tatum team, Ryan was at Reesmarx as their Director of Business Development.  He was previously with the United States Army for five years, where he served two deployments during the start of the war in Iraq.

      skills and knowledge:

      Ryan holds a degree in Business Administration from UNCC.  When he isn’t in the office, he may be found planning his next trip abroad, watching LSU & New Orleans Saints play football, or trying out a new restaurant in Charlotte with his wife. A fun fact about Ryan that not many people know about him is that he lived in one of Saddam Hussein’s palaces for a year.

      Rob Holder joins Tatum as the Director of Business Development for our Strategic Accounts Portfolio. He will be responsible for driving business development efforts, engagement delivery and overseeing the execution of services that Tatum has to offer within an Enterprise Portfolio.

      getting to know Rob:

      Rob Holder is a Human Capital Industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience. Prior to joining the Tatum team, Rob was the Director of the Southeast Region for the National Strategic Organization at Randstad Technologies. Before Randstad, Rob spent 3 years with Digital Intelligence Systems as the Vice President of the Southeast Region. Before that he spent 20 years with TEKsystems / Allegis Group in various leadership positions.

      In addition to hiring and developing high performance teams, Rob’s professional background includes the creation and implementation of performance measurement processes, operational execution and delivery of custom solutions for Fortune 500 clients. He is highly knowledgeable in coaching teams, strategic account sales management and best practices within the Human Capital Management space.

      skills and knowledge:

      Rob lives in Marietta, Georgia with his wife Dawn and youngest son Michael. The couple has two other grown children, Jessica and Tim. When Rob's not in the office you can typically find him and Dawn at a lacrosse game. Whether it's Michael's UGA Bulldogs team or one of Atlanta's professional lacrosse teams, Rob is an avid fan. He is also a Falcons and Braves fan. Rob’s philanthropic interests include CURE Childhood Cancer, Kidz2Leaders, and the National MS Society.
