responsibilities:

The Distribution Manager is responsible for assuring all corp and franchise restaurants have the correct raw materials including all food, non-food items and small wares. This leader oversees all of the companies distributors including food, produce, and non-food. The Distribution Manager works closely with all of the companies purveyors assuring a continuous, uninterrupted supply of goods and services to all corp and franchise locations. The Distribution Manager is accountable for pricing accuracy from all suppliers to our distributors and our restaurants. Distribution Manager assists with sourcing requirements for the brand and is ultimately responsible for assuring that all restaurants have the correct item, at the correct price, at the right time, and with the correct levels.

 
qualifications:

Required skills and experience:

Must currently be local to Dallas, Texas

5+ years food-service/restaurant supply chain experience or distribution management experience

Must have a brand ambassador mentality

Strong problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendor partners at different levels of seniority.

Must have 3+ years experience and thorough understanding of multi unit account distribution systems.

Possess and demonstrate the ability to manage resources, anticipate issues and monitor business controls.

Strong working ability with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Strong understanding of Sysco system requirements, ONSA, Market Express, Sysco 360.
