Tatum's client, a private equity backed distribution company is in search of an Interim CFO to join their team for 3-6 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, quickly evolving company to be an instrumental member of the team in promoting company growth and vision in a booming industry!

responsibilities:

As Interim CFO daily responsibilities will include: improve the monthly reporting to the Private Equity parent and lender, prepare detailed monthly contract reporting, and greatly improve Cash Flow forecasting.

 
qualifications:

Required Criteria:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business field and a CPA are required.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience as a Chief Financial Officer or Senior Level Finance resource with both hands-on and leadership experience
  • Experience in a government services organization and/or industry
  • Technology and/or government services experience at a company $70M or larger experience is required
  • Private Equity experience working for the parent or for a $100M+ portfolio company
  • Previous experience leading the financial reporting for board presentations and investors

Preferred Criteria:

  • Local to Huntsville, AL
  • Government, government services industry experience
