job summary:

Tatum's client, a private equity backed manufacturing/distribution company is in search of an Interim CFO to join their team for 2-3 months while they conduct the search for a permanent replacement. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, quickly evolving company to be an instrumental member of the team in promoting company growth and vision in a booming industry!

Required Criteria:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field and a CPA are required.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution company that is $85M+ in annual revenue
  • CPA/CA preferred
  • 10+ years experience in Accounting, Finance, and Operations
  • Experience within a highly leveraged environment (Private Equity or Venture Capital)
  • Heavy experience with acquisitions and acquisition integration from a financial perspective
  • Experience within manufacturing or distribution company
  • Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Office (expert), Infor SXe expereince (highly preferred)
  • Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting technical skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.

This position partners directly with the Group CFO to manage Finance & IT functions within the operating company and drive future performance through support of organic growth and acquisition opportunities. This role is with a dynamic and quickly growing platform company of a private equity backed holding company.
