job summary:

Tatum's client, a Private Equity backed portfolio company in Medford, OR, is looking for a strong Interim Chief Financial Officer to join the company as the financial leader, spearhead strategic initiatives, assist in upcoming M&A transactions, and evaluate ERP solutions.

responsibilities:

As the CFO, daily responsibilities will include: formulating the 2019 budget, working with the Board and other Senior Leadership, lead integration and consolidation of current systems and upgrades, and lead the entire accounting and finance function for the $80M company.

 
qualifications:

Required Criteria:

  • Proven track record of successful engagements as a Senior Financial Leader, preferably previous CFO level titles
  • Experience working for a $50-70M high growth, technology company
  • Expertise in leading M&A transactions
  • Successful track record of experience in the Technology/Software/SaaS or B2B industry
  • Organized, hands-on and detail oriented
  • Comfort and confidence working in a leveraged business - working with Lenders directly
  • Private Equity background and previously been the liaison between parent and portfolio company

Preferred Criteria:

  • Previous experience within Childcare industry
  • Local or able to travel to Medford, OR weekly
