Opportunity for a Regional Finance Director to join a growing Healthcare organization with an office in Fort Worth, Texas. The Regional Finance Director, is a key member of the team for both Operations and Finance teams. In this role you will have the opportunity to provide financial advice to the regional management team on existing business, forecast and budget, and monthly operating results, metrics and KPI's.

Key Responsibilities: Communicating with operations and reporting to the CFO and corporate accounting on continuing initiatives and financial and operating trends. Your success depends on acting as a business partner with senior operations leadership in evaluating continuing business operations as well as organic and new business growth opportunities. You will possess unquestioned integrity with the ability to have difficult conversations with all levels of the organization. You will be held accountable to establishing and implementing a monthly rigor of reviewing, communicating, teaching and action planning on key metrics and drivers.


To be operations focused and facing and needed to drive financial information from various operations in different states to the CFO:

  • Provide assessment of opportunities and risks to the Executive Team based on analysis and interpretation of operational and financial statistics.
  • Analyzing and evaluating potential investments, acquisitions or divestitures as they relate to the company's financial objectives.
  • Develop proformas and scenario analyses that drive clarity in Executive decision-making.
  • Prepare and coordinate periodic operating reviews and budgets.
  • Lead and monitor asset management objectives in the areas of Billing and Accounts Receivable.
  • Monitor key revenue drivers that enhance organic growth and ensure the capture of all revenue.
  • Interpret accounting practices and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting and asset security.
  • Works with the CFO and corporate accounting to ensure a timely and accurate financial close each month.
  • Perform formal and informal financial audits.


  • More than 5 years Finance and accounting experience with a bachelor's degree (MBA or CPA is a plus).
  • Strong trend analysis skills, who can proactively identify issues and work with operators to develop specific action and performance improvement plans.
  • Strong conceptual skills (such as statistical inference).
  • Strong management experience with outstanding leadership skills. Ability to effectively influence, without formal authority, operators and others.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions is a plus!
  • Must have good knowledge of applicable statutes, laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Systems Knowledge: MS Dynamics & Ultipro
  • Expert level of competency in Excel; including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO UPLOAD data into MS Excel and be able to conduct analysis to provide meaningful reporting.
  • Diverse and practical knowledge of accounting, payroll, and other business software.
