Tatum's client, a PE backed Property Management company, located in Atlanta is in search of a VP, Compensation and Benefits to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, quickly evolving company!

responsibilities:

As the VP, you will have overall responsibility for compensation, benefits and the HRIS System (Ultipro). This includes leadership of three staff, interaction with Senior Executives, maintenance/improvement of compensation levels throughout the organization, all incentive plan documentation and administration, leadership of annual enrollment plan, market benchmarking for all compensation plans, optimization of the value added from the HRIS System, and launch of the new Long Term Incentive Compensation Plan, including the modeling, documentation, board presentation and approval.

 
qualifications:

Required Criteria:

  • Current Senior Director or VP level.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • Strong track record of design, validation of the business case, approval, implementation and maintenance of compensation plans for all levels, from minimum wage hourly to senior executive.
  • Deep experience leveraging sophisticated HRIS system(s)
  • High volume annual hiring experience.
  • Commercial or multifamily real estate experience preferred.
  • Track record of leadership of teams, work in complex, high pressure environments and board room presence.
  • Private equity portfolio company experience or equivalent.
  • Balance of hands-on and strategic capability.
