job summary:

We have an opening for highly motivated Account Specialist located at a publicly traded organization in Jacksonville, FL. We are looking for strong candidates with 3-5 years previous experience in Sales or Marketing specifically for consumer products.

responsibilities:

· Taking ownership for a portfolio of accounts - Standard and High Value advertisers

·

· Flexible to work in rotational shifts and make proactive outbound calls to generate leads

·

· Leading kickoff calls with advertisers and drives discussion using a preset agenda, as and when necessary

·

· Analyzing account performance against key metrics to identify, recommend and implement optimization solutions to increase efficiency and meet clients' goals

·

· Identifying opportunities to improve Advertising's product based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products

·

· Working with external teams; Sales & Marketing and Product teams to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance

- Provide project direction and coordinates with Creative Services, Purchasing teams on the development, production and management of marketing materials including POP displays and signage, promotional materials, tradeshow elements and advertisements.

- Manage new item set up and product launch planning. Develops thorough working understanding of customer vendor websites for POS analysis, inventory management, and product set up functions.
