They are undergoing a tremendous growth phase, and hiring for several position including an accounting manager.

This is an onsite role at the companies offices in Wilmington, DE. However, they are flexible with some WFH for their employees as needed.

      • Supervises Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant
      • Supervises the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable staff
      • Leads the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing process, including reviewing journal entries, to ensure completion in a timely and accurate manner.
      • Reviews account reconciliations and supporting schedules to ensure that the general ledger and financial statements are maintained properly.
      • Maintains documentation is support of key internal controls to ensure compliance with company's financial policies and procedures.
      • Prepares internal financial reporting packages for senior management.
      • Prepares ad-hoc reports/financial analysis and other assignments as requested by senior management.
      • Provides assistance and supports the company's operations regarding accounting issues.
      • Participates in process improvement projects and special assignments (departmental and company-wide), as assigned by senior management.
      • Performs other duties as assigned.


      • Minimum of 7-10 years working experience, ideally in a combination of both private and public accounting. Experience supervising finance and accounting staff preferred.
      • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance required.
      • CPA certification strongly preferred.
      • Master's degree or MBA, a plus.
