Fun, engaging and people focused environment! A Accounting Manager owns a portfolio of properties and building reporting including financial statements to forecasts. You'll work closely with the Controller and develop ad hoc analysis.

  • Responsible for financial and analytical statements for a group of properties.
  • Perform full cycle accounting, monthly and quarterly reports, annual audit schedules, fixed assets, journal entries, and assist in budget preparation.
  • Perform analytical procedures applied to financial data for each general ledger account of all assigned properties on a monthly schedule.
  • Working with property managers on property performance, variances and reconciliations.
  • Perform reconciliations, and reviews budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries and invoices.
  • Acts as a liaison to internal and external auditors.
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience in property accounting.
  • 3+ years of experience, experience in Property Management, Real Estate, Construction or Engineering is an added value but not required .
  • Solid judgment, initiative and ability to problem solve, you have analytical skills.
  • Property Management software experience helpful, not required; Yardi or MRI.
