responsibilities:

Job duties for the Accounting Manager position include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading the periodic financial closing processes, including preparation of financial statements.
  • Preparing and posting journal entries and completing necessary account reconciliations.
  • Participating in and overseeing the vendor disbursement process.
  • Tracking, monitoring, and reporting Capital and Operating Expenses.
  • Participating in and overseeing the 1099 process.
  • Preparing and discussing Management Reporting.
  • Guiding, mentoring, and supervising a small team of Accounting professionals.
 
qualifications:

Requirements for the Accounting Manager position include, but are not limited to:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • At least 4-years of experience.
  • Current or previous supervisory experience, highly preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, SumIf's).
  • Experience with an ERP application.
  • Upbeat, positive attitude!
