responsibilities:
As the newest addition to this family, you will be tasked with:
- Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
- Payroll for up to 40 Employees
- Monitoring and administration of 401k
- Ensure billing accuracy and timely delivery
- Month-end activities
- Scheduling services and contract administration
- Washington sales tax remittance
- Insurance renewals
qualifications:
In order to be successful in this position, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- +5 years of experience working in an accounting role
- Great communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse employee base
- Ability and willingness to work ONSITE, in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mind and an eye for detail
