  • Train, motivate and develop staff of accountants
  • Ensure timely and accurate accounting process, fiscal close, determining complex reconciliations, and more
  • Prepare reconciliations and detailed analysis
  • Quarterly reports for accuracy
  • Continuously improving policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance
  • Coordinate with auditors (internal, external)
 
qualifications:

Ideal candidate will have

- 4 year degree in Accounting or finance

- 5+ years of relevant experience

- Prior supervisory experience is needed

- Ability and knowledge to deal with complex accounting issues

- ERP Systems
