  • Responsible for Managing the Accounts Payable team (which includes both domestic and team members located in India) and oversees invoicing and disbursement processing, including 1099-year end payments and other accounts payable related matters
  • Manages Vendor Relations, including new vendor onboarding and account maintenance
  • Manages monthly closing of accounts payable, including identifying month end Accounts Payable accruals, and coordination journal entry posting with general accounting to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience; 3+ years of leadership experience; Manufacturing experience
  • Must have large ERP AP system experience, as well as 1099 filing experience
  • Experience working with GAAP and accounting software
