Fast growing software/SaaS company is looking for a Global AP Manager.

     
    location: Redwood City, California
    job type: Permanent
    salary: $120,000 - 130,000 per year
    work hours: 9 to 6
    education: Bachelor's degree
    experience: 7 Years
     
    responsibilities:

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day operations of the Global Accounts Payable department.
    • Process global vendor invoices, vendor & employee payments
    • Follow up timely with bank if any issues for timely resolution.
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all disbursements
    • Review vendor invoices and audit Concur expense reports. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all disbursements.
    • Responsible for annual 1099 and related filings, including the accuracy of vendor master file for reporting requirements.Download daily bank statements, review, and post all AP related payments in NS
    • Manage monthly AP close for all subsidiaries, assist with month end accrual and related entries, and prepare account reconciliations.
    • Assist in monitoring workload, train, and help Global AP Manager evaluate staff, and hold employees accountable for performance and accuracy.
    • Identify process improvement initiatives and define standards for new processes.
     
    qualifications:

    Requirements:

    BS degree

    7+ years of related experience

    Experience with EMEA, APAC required

    Experience with Concur and NetSuite a plus
