Tatum by Randstad is presently conducting a search for an Asset Manager for a well-established, progressive, and rapidly growing commercial real estate company in Santa Monica. responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities in this role include:

  • Ensure the design and implementation of the business plan, budget, and capital and renovation plans for each asset
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Portfolio, specifically all property management responsibilities, such as but not limited to maintaining the property's first-class appearance, enhancing operating efficiencies, ensuring timely completion of monthly management reports, following up on budget repairs and capital expenditures, interacting on a regular basis with the Portfolio tenants, vendors, and patrons, providing ownership with property information for the Company's monthly management reports or as requested.
  • Analyze property financials and performance metrics in pursuit of maximizing revenue and minimizing expenses
  • Provide recommendations and implement changes for property improvements based on thorough analysis and experience
  • Establish relationships with brokers, other property owners, economic development agencies, and other individuals, public and private, engaged in the industry
  • Read, interpret and negotiate contracts, leases, lease amendments, and other legal documents related to the assigned portfolio.
  • Conduct hold/sell analysis for refinancing and sale opportunities
  • Review market, economic, and capital trends and factors impacting the performance of the assets
  • Prepare and deliver asset and market presentations and updates to Executive Management and investors
  • Monitor compliance with legal documents
  • Led disposition process
     
    qualifications:

    The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 7 + years of relevant experience with commercial/retail properties, be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.
