  • Responsible for financial statements, forecasting the company's financial health and correcting inaccuracies in the company's financial records.
  • Work with the company to create internal controls and policies, assisting with budgets,
  • Collaborate on Accounting ERP improvement for financial records and system processes.
  • Perform month-end closing activities, journal entries, balance sheet, account reconciliations.
  • Manage operational accounting personnel in the areas of A/P, A/R, or Payroll; immediately manages one person, and eventually manages a team of 5.
  • Assist with monthly preparation of financial reports and financial statements.
  • Perform special projects, to assist the Company in achieving its goals and objectives.
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status, suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
  • Assist with tax audits and tax returns, and participate in internal and external audits.
  • 5+ years of work experience, and experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proficient in ERP, MS Office, particulalry Excel - Oracle and ADP add value.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail, proficient with data analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving, collaboration and teamwork skills~!
