job summary:

Drive the day to day accounting function for a fast growing private equity backed company with revenues over $350M, this leads a large team of 15+. Will be in process improvement, software implementation, and supporting the preparation of a future IPO, reports to the Controller.

responsibilities:
  • $120K-$130K salary, 20% bonus, and 3% 401K!
  • Dynamic high growth atmosphere, drive numerous new projects.
  • 2-4x growth in coming years, this will be a key driver of process, procedure and innovation.
  • ?Key driver of the month end close in accordance with GAAP, financial statements, balance sheet, reconciliations, and this leads a team. ERP: Sage
 
qualifications:
  • 6+ years experience, BS or BA in Accounting or Finance, all industry experiences welcome.
  • Experience managing the accounting function for a $250M+ P&L.
  • Month end close, financial statements, general ledger, inter-company transactions.
  • Must have experience leading and developing a team, value added experiences in software integrations, process improvement, and ability to lead change.
  • CPA is preferred, but not required.
  • Candidates with experience working for the Big 4 is helpful, but not required.
