The incumbent will conduct credit risk evaluations and make recommendations in conformance with Bank's risk appetite and policies.

responsibilities:

S/he will implement Policy and credit process controls to monitor and maintain the asset quality of the loan portfolio. The main responsibilities include credit risk review, portfolio management, updating Credit Risk Policies and Procedures to reflect changes in internal and regulatory guidelines, as well as conducting relevant industry and product research

 
qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who have a Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in Accounting/ Finance, and 4+ years of experience in Credit Risk Management or underwriting in CRE lending. The candidate should have sound knowledge in CRE 1st mortgage origination and portfolio management, including property type of Multifamily, Office, Retail, Hospitality, Condo for sale, and associated construction lending knowledge. MBA in Finance/Real Estate is preferred, and CFA/FRM certification is also preferred. Bilingual ability in Mandarin and English is preferred.
