job summary:

We are seeking a great candidate to join our work family! The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of human resources experience and be a Senior HR Generalist ready to take the next step in their career or be a current HR Manager. Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

  • Oversees company compliance requirements in regards to labor laws, EEO, ADA, FMLA, workers comp and OSHA
  • Manage weekly payroll including garnishments, benefits, and 401k
  • Process new hires, temporary workers, transfers, promotions and terminations
  • Handle all employee relations functions
  • Conducts internal investigations
