  • Experienced with Full Charge Bookkeeping
  • Accounts Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Balance sheet, bank and account reconciliations
  • Record customer payments, checks and credit card transactions
  • Manages currency exchange rates
  • Knowledge of journal entries
  • Manages payroll utilizing PayChex
 
qualifications:
  • Associates Degree, Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • 5+ year experience in bookkeeping or Accounts Receivable (AR) Management with some Accounts Payable (AP) experience and general ledger knowledge
  • Ability to be open, transparent and straightforward there is very open communication culture, experience with QuickBooks & Excel
