California Territory Manager - HVAC Solutions Sales Consultant
A 20 year old company and world leader in the manufacture and design of energy efficient HVAC designed products, has a key opportunity for a Solutions Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will have experience developing partnerships with OEM's, builders, developers, architects, distributors, engineering firms, and installers .
This company has multiple global labs dedicated to research and development of state-of-the-art technology, products, and solutions, and is the leader in technology zoning in the HVAC sector offering full cloud-based two-way communication with HVAC units.
Responsibilities :
- Define the Sales & Marketing Strategy for the region
- Manage database of regional customers and grow new and existing accounts
- Deliver client presentations to highlight catalogues, products, and self-guiding instruction materials
- Identify large scale projects that require HVAC digital solutions to control zoning and system collaboration
- Specify the development and implementation of products with Engineering Team
- Work directly with OEM's, builders, developers, architects, distributors, engineering firms, and installers to determine current and future requirements
- Organize and deliver sales training events including the coordination of technical-commercial training for installers.
- Generate and track orders. Ensure on time delivery
- Monitor all projects from start to finish
REQUIREMENTS:
- Sales experience in the HVAC sector with a focus on product design and technology
- Ability to travel throughout territory.
- Proven success in selling HVAC technology and products to OEM's, builders, developers, architects, distributors, engineering firms, and installers.
- BS degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related experience
- Experience working with ERP/CRM and online
