job summary:

Tatum is engaged with a Private Equity held sub $100Mil company to identify an Interim / Interim to Direct Hire CAO / Controller who will be responsible for financial reporting, and covenant reporting as well as managing around 30 individuals. In this role you will report to the CFO and the hire will need to have an active CPA.

    responsibilities:
    • Financial reporting, and covenant reporting
    • Oversight of AP, AR, payroll, and Revenue Cycle
    • Will be instrumental in building the accounting function, systems and processes
    • Consolidation and transactional accounting, cash flow & treasury management
    • Directs Revenue Cycle and Denial Management for Service contracts to ensure maximum revenue capture
    • Oversees all financial technology systems
    • Provides ad hoc analysis as required such as capital investment and contract negotiations
     
    qualifications:
    • 5+ years public accounting & accounting leadership
    • CPA
    • Industry experience with multi-unit healthcare services and revenue cycle
    • Private Equity experience preferred
    • Must set up ERP, building up back office, systems, business processes, etc.
