job summary:

The incumbent will collaborate with the lead on the operations team within the bank's legal and compliance department to set and drive organizational vision, operational strategy, hiring needs, resources arrangement, PE and budget coordination, daily third party and program/project management and reporting for the legal and compliance organization.

responsibilities:

This role will act as a liaison to HR and partner with the department to manage employee productivity, working to build a highly inclusive culture where team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met. An ideal candidate will ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management and retention. In addition, s/he will supervise and maintain the centralized working information of FTE, contractors and interns, which includes tracking & monitoring performance, preparing detailed reports, and establishing corrective measures as needed. S/he will also be responsible for the HR and other operational function within the department such as write periodic reports and assist in staffing budget planning.

We are looking for someone who has a bachelor degree with 3-5 years of experience in HR operations/business administration/Compliance Department Chief Operating Office positions/project management. An ideal candidate should have strong hands on experience in analysis using excel, solid communication skills and excellent problem solving skills. Bilingual in mandarin preferred
