job summary:

A global leader of enhanced technology and materials for the construction, industrial and automotive lubricants sector, has a key opportunity for a Commercial Manager /Director. This role would be responsible for business and market development for North America

Responsibilities:

· Analyze market potential, and identify potential client targets within the chemical, plastics, lubricants, rubber, and coatings sectors

· Develop alliances with business and channel partners to scope out potential new clients in a given territory

· Qualify business opportunities, prepare presentations, and present a compelling value proposition to decision makers

· Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision making process, and strategize with potential clients to define advantages to using technology and materials

· Overcome objections to closure by offering solid testimonials of existing client base

· Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and presented consistent status reports to leadership team

· Supply management with reports on customer needs or issues

· Stay informed on competitive activities

Qualifications:

· Proven track record in B2B sales in the Chemical, Lubricants. Coatings, Construction, or Automotive Supply Sector

· Several years of experience in hunting sales roles and developing new territories

· Experience working with distributors and channel sales parters

· Experience in market analysis and market intelligence rreporting

· Contract negotiation experience as well as tender management experience

· Strong interpersonal and communcation skills

· Highly energetic and motivated sales closers are encourage to apply

· Travel required

· Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required for this role
