job summary:

Our client north of Boston is looking to add a Compensation Manager to their team. This person will be highly visible and collaborate with Senior Leadership. They will be responsible for all aspects of compensation for the organization.

*This position is primarily remote with in-office meetings once a month*

responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all areas of compensation
    • planning, reporting, modeling, and performance management
  • Performance bonuses and tracking performance vs plans
  • Ensure reporting is available to management for monitoring deliverables
  • Stay current with trends / patterns in comp and the industry
    • monitor market data, salary surveys, etc.
  • Collaborate with management on total compensation frameworks and objectives
 
qualifications:
  • BA/BS in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in compensation
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication
  • Experience using HRIS systems required
  • Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills required
