Contract Administrator - $55,000 to $65,000

Unique opportunity to join an industry leader who has quadrupled its size (annual revenues) over the past six years. This position is open based on the recent promotion of a person we placed in this exact role in late 2019.

This position will report to the company's COO - a 15+ year contact of our firm and a hiring manager with an outstanding reputation. This is a highly collaborative role that will regularly work with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Operations, IT and Finance in drafting, evaluating, negotiating and executing contracts.

Our client seeks a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business with contract administration, contract negotiation and / or contact management experience. Candidates working in sourcing / procurement, vendor management, inside sales and pricing are encouraged to apply as our strong administrative professionals. Strong analytical skills and systems skills are required. Strong interpersonal skills are required.

Our Lancaster-based client is working a *permanent* hybrid schedule.
