Tatum is partnering with a rapidly growing, PE backed environmental services company in North Dallas that is looking to hire a Contract Administrator. This position will report into the Controller and will be in office.

responsibilities:
- Manage client contracts and review for accuracy
- Review purchase orders from customers
- Initiate invoices and payments to customers
- Monitor contracts to ensure payments are collected
- Record details of contracts in CRM to facilitate company tracking and reporting
qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- At least 3 years of experience managing detailed projects
- Contract management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
