Tatum by Randstad is presently conducting a search for a Controller for a well-established, progressive, PE-backed food/beverage manufacturer in Chino, CA. Company is growing heavily through acquisition and is looking for a candidate who is team-oriented, friendly, and hands-on. Company offers collaborative environment, good benefits, and a base compensation to $150k.

Reporting to the CFO, this role will be responsible for the following: Plan, organize and implement accounting processes and procedures to promote strong internal controls with a continuous focus on process improvement, Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, including all sub-ledgers, Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities, Prepare and present GAAP financial statements in an accurate and timely manner, Assist the CFO in the annual budgeting process, Review and audit the weekly payroll and billing data for accuracy, Support integration of acquired sites into the consolidated accounting function, Create and calculate KPI's for the leadership team, Champion the year-end audit by providing requested information to the external CPA firm, and Support the annual tax process by tracking estimated tax payments and coordinating with the external tax advisor.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, 10 + years of relative work experience, be systems savvy, have experience working in growing companies, and top notch verbal and written communication skills.
