This Controller position is ideal for an experienced accounting and finance professional who enjoys 'wearing many hats' and partnering across all functions to drive financial success.

The Controller duties include:

  • Prepare annual budget and forecast
  • Drive the month-end close process
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Analyze budget to actual financial performance and report on variances
  • Create and monitor KPIs; recommend actions to improve financial performance and profitability
  • Business partner across all functions to achieve business objectives
  • Responsible for fixed assets
  • Ensure proper cost accounting
  • Manage inventory
  • Work with materials team, analyze results and implement controls as needed to improve overall inventory accuracy
  • Monitor and implement internal controls
  • Administer and manage direct manufacturing overhead absorption and utilization by production
  • Ensures proper accounting in accordance with US GAAP
  • Prepare periodic financial reporting packages for leadership
  • Manage AP and AR
  • Coordinate with auditors

Ideal profile includes

  • BS in Accounting
  • 10+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience
  • Ability to work cross functionally to achieve company goals
  • Versatile team player who can manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities
  • Process driven, strong experience with strengthening controls and streamlining processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
