responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities in this role reporting to the corporate controller will include: managing and controlling the accounting and cash-relatedactivities of the company. This will include leadership of the monthly close process, creating and implementing policies and procedures to identify, resolve and document accounting issues, and creating procedures to make the close and reporting processes are more efficient and accurate. The ideal candidate will want to roll up their sleeves and dive into day-to-day issues, as well as participate as a value-added partner to business operations.
qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, 10 + years of relative experience, background with continuous improvement, working with different levels of management, systems experience, and top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
