Controller - $105,000 to $120,000 plus bonus

Outstanding opportunity to join a growing and dynamic privately held small company as their Controller and report to an outstanding Chief Financial Officer (who our firm placed).

The Controller will be responsible for preparing and analyzing the monthly financial statements and will prepare the quarterly financial reporting package and cash flow statement to the Board of Directors. This position will manage accounting operations including management of a team of six (Assistant Controller, Senior Accountant, Staff Accountant, AP Specialist, AR Specialist and Billing Specialist). The Controller will get involved with budgeting and forecasting and will routinely review cash receipts, disbursements, corporate income, capital plans, expenditures and investments.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business with a minimum of ten total years of accounting experience is required. Candidates must have three years of management / supervisory experience. Our client would prefer to find a "hands on" Accounting Manager / Assistant Controller or Controller out of the manufacturing, construction or service industries.

Candidates must have strong PC skills including Excel and Access.
