Controller - $100,000 to $120,000
The Controller will be responsible for the accounting operations and financial reporting for a growing, privately held company with 75+ employees. This position will prepare the annual budget and will analyze the business drivers behind variances from budget.
This is a highly visible position that will work with our clients external partners (including banks, insurance companies and their outside CPA firm).
This position will manage accounting, human resources and financial systems. As the company grows - it is the expectation of both the CEO and Board that this role will grow into a Chief Financial Officer role.

- Responsible for financial reporting / provide detailed explanation related to financial results
- Manage a team of 2 accounting professionals
- Prepare the annual budget and will analyze the business drivers behind variances from budget.
- Manage external relationships with the company's bank, external accountant and various insurance companies
- Manage Human Resources and Financial Systems
qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business and TEN years of accounting experience REQUIRED
- Strong accounting systems / financial systems including Excel experience is REQUIRED
- Two years (minimum) of management / supervisory experience is REQUIRED
