job summary:

Drive the day to day accounting and finance functions for a fast growing private equity backed company who values technical excellence, their clients and company culture. Oversight a multi-faceted organization and a P&L in excess of $350M, this leads a large team of 30+, and you will be instrumental in process improvement, a software implementation, and preparation of a future IPO, this reports to the CFO.

responsibilities:
  • $170K-$190K salary, 20% bonus, and 3% 401K, and relocation available!
  • Dynamic high growth atmosphere, drive numerous new projects, and lead a team culture.
  • 2-4x growth in coming years, this will be a key driver of process, procedure and innovation.
  • ?Month end close in accordance with GAAP, financial statements, treasury, oversight AP/AR, variance analysis, balance sheet, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, sales and use tax, and this leads a team. ERP: Sage
 
qualifications:
  • 10+ years experience, BS or BA in Accounting or Finance, all industry experiences welcome.
  • Experience leading the accounting function for a $250M+ P&L or organization.
  • Month end close, general ledger, treasury, AP/AR, inter-company transactions, and sales tax.
  • Must have experience leading and developing a large team, value added experiences in software integrations, process improvement, and ability to lead change.
  • CPA is preferred, but not required.
  • Candidates with experience working for the Big 4 is helpful, but not required.
