  2. Reporting to the CFO, leads a team of 5 plus an offshore team in AP.
  3. Technical accounting skills, can lead a team and develop.
  4. Post acquisition integration accounting, 9 acquisitions in the past 12 months.
  5. Multiple ERP migrations and implementations, value in Sage, IFS and Hyperion HFM.
  6. You have the skill set and drive to develop into a Private Equity backed CFO.

  • Will lead the accounting processes and reporting financial results.
  • Leads, recruits and trains accounting teams and provides backup to the VP of Finance on treasury, FP&A, consolidation, commercial finance and complex billing.
  • Financial reporting, monthly statements, corporate consolidation and account mapping, inventory reporting, and participate in annual budgeting and planning process.
  • Maintain accrual and reporting on employee and management pay plans.
  • Intercompany accounting including insurance, operating expenses, benefits and bonuses.
  • Ongoing internal control self-assessments, including quarterly review package and coordinate with internal and external auditors and direct leadership over compliance activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 7+ years of experience.
  • Preferably a mix of experience in public accounting and industry.
  • GAAP knowledge, strong financial accounting skills, CPA preferred not required.
  • Hybrid work model - 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home, light travel ~10 days per year.
  • An adopter and embracer of change, understands the importance of being a teammate, helping and developing others as well as growing yourself.
  • Can successfully manage complex accounting and reporting systems, ability to operate in a 'rocket-ship' paced environment, can implement improvement and provide solutions.
