      • Hands on leader who directs and evaluates the accounting & purchasing departments.
      • Leads a team covering all accounting functions, month end close, financial statements, general ledger, billing, AP/AR, product costing, payroll, commissions, and inventory.
      • Prepare forecasts, budgets, cash flow, bank line of credit, work with external accountants on the audit and tax related queries.
      • Inventory, purchasing, product costing, annual budgeting, weekly forecasting, operating metrics, and benchmark reporting.
      • Implement and establish internal controls and policies, comply with tax filings and monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants.
      • Works with outside CPA and Tax firms, reviews company contracts, and sits on the leadership committee.


      • 7+ years experience, bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
      • Experience owning a full accounting function in a small to medium organization.
      • Experience with inventory in a distribution, manufacturing or retail environment is helpful.
      • Experience working with QuickBooks Online is very helpful, not required.
      • Ability to work in a fast paced and growing business wearing many hats, adding strategic and commercial value to business impacting decisions.
