job summary:

Tatum Professional Search is currently working with an Orange County based, high growth real estate company that is looking for an exceptional Corporate Accounting Manager. Company offers a great culture that encourages innovation and supports employee's career goals. The role would be hybrid, would manage a team of 3 direct reports and would report to the VP of Finance and Accounting.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Day to day accounting operations
  • Internal Controls
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Financial Reporting
  • Audit
  • Tax
  • Additional duties as assigned
 
qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive corporate finance and accounting experience in a real estate or related setting as well as strong knowledge of GAAP. Additional skills and qualifications include:

  • Mix of Public Accounting and industry experience
  • Master's degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and Power Point, Access and Hyperion
  • CPA (active or inactive) or CPA candidate highly desired
