  • Hands-on Corporate Controller will lead a team of 9, partnering closely with the leadership team. This will drive the financial reporting of the company, it's divisions and affiliates with 7 global locations.
  • Full ownership of the accounting and finance functions for plant and corporate reporting, general ledger, month end, cost accounting, cost and operational analysis, balance sheet, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow reporting, fixed assets, implementing policy and procedure, interface with banks, audit firms, and insurance.
  • $140K-$175K, discretionary bonus, full benefits - 3% 401K, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, STD/LTD, AD&D, 20 days PTO, 11 paid holidays & relocation allowance.
  • B.S. or B.A. degree with accounting specialization
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA a plus
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience with increasing responsibility in the accounting field, 5 years' experience in management
  • Change Manager with a strong process management (automation, process improvement, efficiency gain), must be a hands on leader
