job summary:

Tatum has been engaged by a Dallas Healthcare client to help identify a direct hire candidate to fill their Corporate Development/Transaction Advisory Analyst. Looking for a strong Accounting / Finance leader with around 2- 7 years in investment banking, transaction advisory services or corporate development.

responsibilities:
  • Support company and corporate development team with evaluation of acquisitions, joint ventures and new business development activities
  • Work with corporate cross functional teams in the analysis, evaluation and presentation of development opportunities
  • Provide project management of multiple concurrent corporate development activities and work streams
  • Work with coordinate activities external stakeholders, business partners and service providers
  • Lead and participate with due diligence projects regarding corporate development initiatives
  • Preparation of analysis, reports and presentations
 
qualifications:
  • Must have investment banking, transaction advisory services, corporate development experience or combination this experience in the healthcare industry (candidates without this experience will not be considered)
  • Advanced Excel and modeling skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Project management experience
  • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
