Large, well known company local to Sunrise, FL is actively seeking a hands on Corporate Recruiter to join their well established department.

Salary range: 80-90K

Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote

  • Post position and create advertisement that will attract top talent. Utilize the job sites, websites, professional organizations, social media, database mining, traditional network.
  • Develop strategies to attract top talent and fill the roles as needed.
  • Create and implement an attractive interview process that engages top talent.
  • Develop college recruiting strategies.
  • Partner with HR to fill any backup assistance that they might need.

Education Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  • Min 3 years recruiting or staffing experience
  • Previous experience recruiting for construction or engineering preferred

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must have knowledge of full cycle recruiting
  • Must have knowledge of employment regulations with the DOL, EEOC and OFCCP.
  • An understanding of federal, state and local employment laws required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex issues.
  • Strong computer skills: Outlook, Word, and Excel
