responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Creates and manages new job orders in SAGE 300 and Procore
- Defines the estimation of potential profitability per project
- Manages contracts through communicating necessary information to different divisions throughout the life-cycle of each individual project
- Performs cost analysis ongoing for projects to ensure projections for financials are on target
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to complete, revise and change orders as needed
- Provides continuous support to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
- Manages invoicing, accounts receivable and reconciliations
- Assist leadership with CIP (Contracts in Progress) for construction jobs
- Monitors work-in-progress (WIP) for various projects and updates records as needed
- Completes weekly financial reporting including but not limited to job cost reports
- Provides cost analysis support, job costing reports, month-end close support and auditing
qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Construction Management
- 5 years experience in Cost Accounting
- Construction industry experience
- SAGE 300 experience
- Procore experience
