CRE Portfolio Manager

Tatum is partnering with a community bank in greater Boston.

 
location: Boston, Massachusetts
job type: Permanent
salary: $100,000 - 120,000 per year
work hours: 8 to 5
education: Bachelor's degree
experience: 5 Years
 
responsibilities:
  • Obtain annual financial information for new and existing clients
  • Analyze financials on existing relationships, testing covenant compliance memos, and prepare annual reviews
  • Assist in underwriting of new commercial real estate deals and renewals
  • Research and compile market analysis relative to the credit
  • Conduct in person inspections of properties
  • Prepare managed asset plans for criticized assets as appropriate
 
qualifications:
  • 5-7 years' experience of experience
  • Formally Credit Trained
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Highly customer service oriented
