Customer Service Coordinator - $37,000 - $42,000

Outstanding opportunity to join a growing manufacturing organization in the northern suburbs of Lancaster County as a Customer Service Coordinator. This position is open due to a recent promotion.

This position will interact with our client's customers, with prospects and with sales representatives regarding inquiries, orders and business issues. This position will require a detail oriented customer service professional with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a "customer first" mentality.

Our client seeks a candidate with a minimum of one year of customer service experience - preferably in the manufacturing industry. Associates Degree is preferred but not required. Strong PC skills - including Word and Excel - are required.
