job summary:

We are seeking a detail oriented person to work on data entry for a successful and booming company.

 
location: Purchase, New York
job type: Contract
salary: $19 - 20 per hour
work hours: 9 to 5
education: Bachelor's degree
experience: 2 Years
 
responsibilities:
  • Facilitate item setup and product management of such items at a very high volume.
  • Check and respond to over 250 emails a day to ensure quick turnaround for assigned region.
  • Update pricing, weight and colors on items as requests come in.
  • Resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately and respond with confirmation emails.
  • Input certification information changes to an excel file.
  • Maintain SKU numbers checking for accuracy.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure correct specs and pricing.
 
qualifications:
  • Minimum Two (2) years data entry experience.
  • Excellent data entry and math skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle various tasks at once as well as multitasking
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Punctuality is a must.
