responsibilities:

This newly created DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER will

  • Develop and own implementation of consumer products from start to finish and manages products post implementation.
  • Define strategy to produce a differentiated customer experience related to product or experience development for consumer products.
  • Manage progress to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and strategic goals are met.
  • Work closely with other business line owners across the bank to evaluate, define, and develop products/ feature requirements to meet customers' needs.
  • Provide direction to leadership and internal stakeholders to determine product priorities.
  • Develop criteria for testing newly developed products, reviews test results and recommends necessary alteration of testing of product.
  • Maintain a pulse on customers' evolving needs and innovate products and services for optimal customer relationships.
  • Partner with vendors on development of differentiated products to meet customers' evolving demands and preferences.
 
qualifications:
  • 7 years of industry experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Technical skills to develop products across vendor partners.
  • Strong analysis skills, ability to interpret data against business objectives.
  • Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency.
