job summary:

Director, Digital Marketing

Our ideal candidate is an experienced B2B digital marketer that thrives on identifying and implementing innovative marketing tactics that drive new customer acquisition and convert website visits into increased revenue growth. Analytical expertise paired with a strong global business acumen and solid communication and writing skills are key to this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate lead generation campaigns from concept to completion across multiple digital channels including website SEO, email campaigns, mobile, social and events, conferences, webinars, using multiple tools and platforms, including the Google Suite, LinkedIn, Facebook Manager, and Adobe Suite
  • Create, implement, and monitor effective marketing campaigns across all digital channels - including website SEO, email campaigns, mobile, social and events, conferences, and webinars to ensure quality lead generation and increased brand awareness for the company.
  • Develop and implement a strong marketing plan to increase brand awareness via digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Arrive at data-driven decisions by successfully leveraging CRM integrations, automation tools, standardized campaign tracking methods
  • Continually evaluate digital campaigns/promotions and revenue
  • Draft the design of White Papers, Pitch Decks, Video Scripts
  • Oversight and management of multiple vendors responsible for spearheading PPC campaigns, content creation, SEO strategy, social media maintenance, and digital assets (videos, print collateral)

Requirements:

  • At least eight years of experience leading Marketing, including savvy digital marketing expertise and best-in-class experience generating quality leads
  • Innovative and creative and the ability to continually enhance multiple brands
  • Expertise using Microsoft Dynamics Integrated Marketing Suite
  • Knowledge of multiple marketing platforms
  • Data-driven and the ability to analyze and report on key metrics
  • Experience managing online campaigns, website content, and email marketing
  • Expertise in building creating content to attract a solid audience
  • SEO experience /media strategy development and execution
  • Experience with web analytics - Google Analytics, Hubspot, MailChimp, Marketo, etc
  • Bachelor's Degree
