    responsibilities:

    The Director, Financial Reporting is responsible for the internal and external financial reporting, addresses technical accounting issues, and develops and implements financial policies and procedures across the organization.

    • Maintain accountability for financial reporting including consolidations and system controls.
    • Oversees the preparation of the US GAAP financial statements and footnotes.
    • Ownership of the worldwide financial consolidation process
    • Review monthly internal reporting financial statements including cash flow statement and equity rollforward.
    • Responsible for preparing SEC filings including the 8-Ks, 10-Qs and 10-K, including MD&A)
    • Work with legal dept. for Proxy Statement and miscellaneous filings and Investor Relations for quarterly earnings release and earnings call script.
    • Create and maintain SEC calendar.
    • Research and interpret technical US GAAP and SEC pronouncements.
    • Oversee and review stock compensation and ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC disclosure requirements.
    • Develop and implement process improvements.
    • Coordinate with the external auditors.

      • 12+ years of relevant experience that includes public accounting
      • CPA required
