job summary:

Tatum by Randstad is presently conducting a search for a Director, HR for their well-established, rapidly growing health and wellness client in West LA. Reporting to the CEO, this role will support 90 + employees and manage all HR related matters.

responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities in this role will include: streamlining of policies and procedures, management and implementation of innovative HR programs, benefits administration, on-boarding, functioning as a business partner to executive leadership, and special projects.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 7 + years of progressive experience, be able to interact and work well with all levels of management, a "hands-on" approach, and a can do attitude. Company offers competitive benefits, and a base compensation to $140k.
