Tatum's client, a PE backed $40M Educational product company in Englewood, CO, is looking for a Director of Marketing to join their team. This is a highly visible opportunity, reporting directly to the CEO, to join a high growth firm and be an instrumental member of the executive team.

responsibilities:

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Director of Marketing would include: oversight of all marketing functions for the firm, advancement of the Brands in the marketplace, tracking and optimizing effective marketing campaigns across multiple sales channels including digital, local, etc., management of external vendors, leadership of a team of three people and collaboration with internal artistic and product talent.

Required Criteria:

  • Cultural fit with the innovative, high energy environment; Out-of-the-box thinker; creative and engaging.
  • Proven track record of creating, implementing, and monitoring effective marketing campaigns across all digital channels - including website SEO, email campaigns, mobile, social and events, conferences, webinars, PPC - that result in quality lead generation and increased brand awareness
  • Continually evaluate digital campaigns/promotions and revenue generation using industry leading metrics and measurement tools (Google Analytics, GTM, etc); passion for data, industry trends, and digital marketing best practices
  • Analytical and technologically savvy; experience with ClickDimensions a plus.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to work seamlessly with external vendors and internal stakeholders (C-level execs and PE board).
  • Train and groom team of 3
